Apartments and Prices 2022/23
All our seven-holiday apartments are furnished in a modern style and offer magnificent views of Lake Resia. You can choose between three different types, you will surely find the right size for you and your family. Those with 77 and 64 square meters are very spacious, even for four or more people. If you are looking for something special, the suite is perfect for you.
In addition to garage parking, customary facilities and amenities, which are included in the price, all of our holiday apartments are designed to be barrier-free - one of them is fully equipped for disabled people. The unique characteristic of our apartments is definitely the infrared cabin, which will give you relax and wellness in total privacy. After a long day of hiking or skiing, there's nothing better than relaxing in our infrared cabin.
The apartments offer of a kitchen-cum-living-room with a high-quality couch with bed function, 2 separate bedrooms with double bed and sanitary facilities with shower, washbasin, toilet and an own infrared cabin. A separate toilet with bidet.

The following prices are valid for a minimum stay of five days. In addition, the local accommodation tax is calculated per person from the age of 14 years. 2,90€ per night. The extra bed for children up to the age of five is free of charge. In the main seasons we only accept bookings of 7 days or more.
The cost for the breakfast basket for two people is 25,00€, for each other person 10,00€.
Check-in/Check-out
The apartments are available from 17.00 onwards and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the day of departure.
Payment options
The invoice can be paid in cash, by credit card or by debit card. To confirm the reservation we ask you to transfer a deposit of 100€ per week. The guarantee deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge, excepted from the guarantee deposit
- From 3 to 1 month before arrival, we will charge you the amount of 3 days stay
- In case of cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival or for early departure, 70 % of the price will be charged for the agreed period. Also for people who do not show up will be charged 70% of the stay. In order to protect yourself from cancellation costs, we recommend that you stipulate a travel and holiday insurance. Travel insurance is available at https://www.europaeische.at/en
